We are a UK-based events platform and online retailer of wine and alcoholic beverages.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are aged 18 or over; and

  • The recipient of the delivery is also aged 18 or over.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Delivery drivers may request valid photo ID. If valid ID is not provided, delivery may be refused without refund.

3. Products and Descriptions

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for information only.

  • Wine vintages, labels, and packaging may vary due to availability.

  • Alcohol content is approximate and may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to change product availability and pricing at any time.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

  • Standard delivery is charged at £10 per order.

  • Free standard delivery is available on orders over £80.

  • Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is taken.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

We accept payment via:

  • [Debit/Credit cards]

We do not store your payment card details.

5. Order Acceptance

  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  • A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:

    • The product is out of stock

    • Pricing errors occur

    • We suspect fraudulent activity

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

6. Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only, unless stated otherwise.

  • Standard delivery costs £10 per order.

  • Orders with a total value over £80 qualify for free standard delivery.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

  • Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the delivery.

  • Delivery drivers may request valid photo ID. If valid ID is not provided, delivery may be refused.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by you

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • No eligible recipient available

  • Failure to provide ID

  • Incorrect address details

We may charge for redelivery or deduct delivery costs from any refund.

8. Cancellations and Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods

  • Goods that have been opened or unsealed (including wine)

To cancel:

  • Contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unopened and in resaleable condition.

  • Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photographs where possible

We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

  • Discount codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by UK intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profit, business, or opportunity

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
